Fix:
- Soft lock in Backwoods caused by bad RNG with a hole to be jumped over on top of an item (Thanks to bitsbops for discovering this!)
- Visible object that shouldn't be in Backwoods
- Collision remaining after a specific encounter spot in Axenic
- Object in Axenic quarantine area lacking a Direction Fix (Thanks to Ultra for those 3)

Changes:
- Added a note saying that F4 grants fullscreen
